Terms and Conditions of Booking 

Forest School at Kidz Kabin is for primary school age children from reception to year 6.
Forest School at Kidz Kabin runs as a standard day from 10am -4pm. 
Children must be dropped off and met by an adult known to Forest School staff. 

Minimum Bookings: 
We have a minimum booking policy of 3 consecutive days due to continuity of care, relationship building, and consistent skill building for the children.
Forest School runs for 3 days per week. For this purpose "one week" in the context of your booking will mean the Tuesday - Thursday inclusive of the relevant week.
Booking additional days after the initial week of consecutive days is at our discretion and subject to availability. 

Fees: 
Our fees are £45 per day with the minimum booking of 3 consecutive days making the fees £135 per week.

Fees must be paid at the latest one week in advance of attendance. Late payment or non-payment may jeopardise your child's attendance at Forest School at Kidz Kabin.
We will invoice you for payment on receipt of your application form to attend. 

Cancellation:
Fees are non-refundable unless in an emergency. Any refunds given are at the discretion of Forest School at Kidz Kabin.

Food and drink:
Packed lunches and bottles of water are to be provided by parents. 

We operate our Forest School as a NUT FREE ZONE. Please do not pack any food containing nuts.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you commit to ensuring there are no nuts in your child's packed lunch, or in any of the ingredients of snacks. 


Clothing: 
Children must come in closed shoes such as trainers or wellington boots.
**We cannot accept children onto the forest school in footwear such as crocs, sandals, etc. if they attend wearing them on the day**
This is for health and safety reasons and is to protect the children from potential injury. 

We strongly advise that children wear long sleeves and trousers to protect from elements in the woods, or at least bring something with that they can put on over shorts. 

Children must have appropriate waterproof clothing for inclement weather. 

Please name all items of clothing and backpacks, lunch boxes etc. Forest School at Kidz Kabin will not take responsibility for lost property. We will gather any items we find and store them at Kidz Kabin Nursery across the road from the woods until the end of the camp. Parents can ask to access the lost property box if one of your child's items is missing. 

Items may become muddy, stained, torn or damaged in the woods as children play actively. Please send your children in clothing that is appropriate for this and do not send them in special items of clothing. Forest School at Kidz Kabin does not take responsibility for damaged or stained items of clothing or shoes.
